Location is perfect. Walking distance to every sightseeing. Excellent service . Even i don’t know if I wish to try other hotel when I’ll come back to Madrid. I think will stay the same hotel and will recommend to my friends 🥰😻

The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

it’s a wow and ticks all the factors for a great property and comfortable stay . The staff is courteous and very well informed . The room was clean and fresh . A special mention of Mr Caesar and Mr Hector at the front desk. Codes for both the front door and the room are very convenient, especially when coming late. No physical keys! Suite 404 has two separate rooms, which was super convenient.

This is an exceptional hotel. We loved the location, the room, the spa, the overall ambience and the service. The staff really made an effort to listen to our requests and make us feel comfortable and enjoy the stay.
