Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

One of the best stays i have had! The staff was well above expectations, the room was fantastic and the location was very good. I had the red level package with all its perks! The lounge had drinks and delicious snacks at all times. Breakfast was excelent with an amazing variety of options.

Codes for both the front door and the room are very convenient, especially when coming late. No physical keys! Suite 404 has two separate rooms, which was super convenient.

The location is great, as Letras neighborhood has lots of coffees and bars to visit. Host communicated fluently and smoothly, providing an easy access via App to the apartment. Plus, the bath and sauna were perfect for closing a day after we've walked all Madrid Centro. Thank you Natalia !!

This is simply the best option for a family stay in Madrid. Nearby supermarkets, coffee shops, El Corte Inglës 1-2 blocks away and only 10min walk from the lovely El Retiro part. We walked to the museums and back crossing the park (reminded me of staying in South Kensington near Hyde Park in London). Reception was super helpful with everything we asked for (Leticia and others were superb). Cleaning room staff very polite and diligent with their work. Wi-fi is very good with individual routers for each flat. Bathrooms were spacious and nice warm showers. If you are staying during winter, floors are heated and we felt super comfortable in the flat at all times. We had to move to another property (Palacio de Los Duques Gran Melia) as there was no availability for this property during the New Year. Although my wife and I enjoyed some of the luxury staying at the hotel (Red - Club Level access, drink etc.) we would have preferred staying at the Ayala 63 as the location is away from the tourist areas and the overwhelming crows of the Gran Via region (which remined me of a busy day in Oxford Street, London). So if you want a place to relax, feel integrated with a Madrid daily life (we never saw any other tourists near the Ayala region), stay at the Ayala
