This apartment is self catering. On arrival we were met by a member of staff, Luisa, who was really friendly and welcoming and who showed us up to our apartment and explained where the utensils, blankets, towels, etc were located. There was also a bottle of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge which I thought was a nice touch as we were late in arriving, around midnight due to our flight being delayed! The apartment balcony was a nice size and gave a brilliant view of the beach and part of the towns Main Street. I also liked the fact that the TV had ‘Netflix’ installed which meant that I could change the audio from Spanish to English language. There were a couple of niggles with the air conditioning leaking and with loss of power one evening when the electric tripped out but both issues were sorted very quickly.

Apt was fab with 2 balconies that can accommodate table, 4 chairs & 2 sun loungers on each. It is very quiet around this area and by the pool (also time of year was end Sept). View from apt was fab (we had sea view). To have the views requires height ! So it is up a hill, but you get used to it ! Towels (incl. beach towels) provided and changed 3 times weekly. Reception open in the mornings. Pool area very clean.

The staff were very polite, helpful, kind and friendly people. The food were delicious and varied. Everybody can choose what they want. The wine and coctail selections are excellent. The room was very clean and well-equipped. There is no needed to bring a hair dryer with you, because it works very well! The Playa is walking distance. Other beach can be easyly reach.

Our recent holiday in Fuerteventura was an absolute delight, thanks to our wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was a culinary delight. With a wide variety of delicious options, we couldn't get enough of the flavorsome meals. The fact that drinks were part of the all-inclusive package was a fantastic bonus. The hotel's location was a dream. Just an hour and fifteen minutes from the airport, we were able to start enjoying our holiday almost immediately after landing. The proximity to shops and a supermarket was incredibly convenient, making it easy to stock up on essentials and souvenirs. One of the standout features was the low number of guests both at the hotel and on the beach. It seemed to attract mostly older couples without children, which created a serene atmosphere. This tranquil setting allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation without any disturbances. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly enhanced our overall experience.

Excellent food. The prestige package is well worth it. The staff were super friendly. The facilities were amazing. We also hired a photographer who worked at the hotel to take pictures and videos one evening and I highly would recommend this.

there’s high standard property is well organized, food is good, rooms are renewed and clean most people 60+, singular couples under 40, haven’t noticed any kid staff is speaking primarily German (English is less common) - like everywhere on Fuerteventura? it is practically on a roof of elegant shopping center :) close to the bus stop
