the hotel itself is a part of a huge hotel complex, the whole complex is very meticulously cleaned, they have a whole lot of facilities, everything is so near! cannot recommend this enough...for the price, it is totally worth it!

Amazing complex!!! We had a big villa, with wonderful big rooms and beds. Nice, clean bathrooms, big balconies... And bottle of champain. Poos were very clean, very nice gardens, lovely restaurant. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic. I woul recommend this place. Thank you so much

Staff was extremely welcoming and very friendly and competent. Breakfast was fantastic and whole resort facilities and areas were very clean and kept beautifully. I can see why families come here as it offers a lot of entertainment for kids and for adults. We loved the Beach and WaterPark Shuttle!! Such a nice gesture!

Room was huge, clean, hot powerful shower and balcony facing golf course. I went the week before England half term plenty of sunbeds no need to do the morning scramble. Hotel order taxis if needed.

The hotel is extremely modern and clean, the breakfast had a large variety of options, there was also a spa on site which me and my friend booked into on our last day… the ladies in the spa were amazing, especially Claudia in particular she went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience and the spa itself is so relaxed and the massages were superb! The hotel was also extremely close to siam park & mall which was ideal.
