They upgraded our room so we ended up with a beautiful view from La Cité which only made our stay more special. The room was big and it was warm when we arrived. The bed was comfy, bathroom was a good size and there was complimentary water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was totally worth the 15 euros specially because you can’t find good options in the city so that was pretty handy to us. Everyone in reception was super nice and they let you store your baggage after checking out so you can do some final exploring bag free. The location is convenient and you will be right in the middle between old town and new town. We loved our stay here!

The location is unique and unbeatable. Although right in the center of the castle, it has got ample private terraces and gardens with spectacular views. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the service at high level very much in line with what is a true 5-star hotel. It was my birthday and it was a very nice touch to get a personal card with a complimentary bottle of Champagne

The hotel is located conveniently to the historic part of town and the river. The breakfast was nice and well presented and the staff were terrific. There is a bar at the hotel near the pool that is run very well. The room was small but more than adequate. The hotel had there own secure carpark with a key code in and out and was directly opposite the hotel.
