This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Don’t think about it, just book this place! The location is fabulous (you do need a car though) the hosts were wonderful, the rooms are simple but luxurious. The Annecy area can be a little crowded, so it was great to quiet spot to relax.

Very well located near Lake Annecy and the beautiful old town of Annecy. A large grocery store is only a few minutes walk. The building itself is very quiet, though there is an elementary school nearby where the kids can be heard playing during the day. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, where there is a view of the mountains to the right and to the left. If you are a walker or a cyclist this location is perfect. Great storage in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Would be suitable for long stays. Communication was excellent and the host was very pleasant.
