We stayed 9 days during early May 2024 at room N.1 (private villa with pool) that was well appointed and comfortable,good amenities,well working AC,etc.Mr. Firman and his staff were very nice and helpful,we never received any NO as answer but only Yeses .The food at the restaurant is very high standard and well priced,nice beach,good snorkeling nearby.

Definitely stay here if you're going to Gili Asahan! Beautiful boutique family-owned beachside hotel with great rooms, chef-designed menu, incredible facilities including on-site massage and free kayaks and paddleboard hire. The hotel also arranges snorkelling tours to the local secret Gili islands, and we swam with fish and turtles - stunning. There aren't many hotels on Gili Asahan and this seemed to be the best, most modern one by far.

We really enjoyed the snorkeling tour given by the locals who should us some beautiful reefs we truly were grateful to get to see. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable (Our room did not have AC, but did have a fan). The staff were super friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good, serving a nice variety of cuisines. The resort is very relaxing and peaceful and there is plenty of sun loungers and chill out spots. We really love this island and would highly recommend staying at this resort.

Be aware that it truely is in the middle of nature which means nature noises at night. The location on the island is nice because it’s walking distance if you want to eat somewhere else but otherwise it stands alone (the other hotels on the island are right next to each other). The area is big which provides enough space and privacy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It’s a very nice place to relax and calm down.LaraYoung couple

The Food was excellent and the stuff courteous and friendly at any time. I fully recommend Amahelia for your stay in Gili Asahan. We loved the snorkeling and the atmosphere there, still one of the ‚untouched‘ and peaceful places to be!
