We liked everything about the property! The place itself, the views, the restaurants, swimming pool & we loved Rock bar and Kubbu beach. These two places were the highlights of our stay. Customer service and the staff is outstanding. We had little notes on our bed from housekeeping, they didnt only clean the room but also organised our stuff very well. Hats off

I recently stayed at Vivara Private Pool Villas & SPA retreat and it was an amazing experience. The villa was spacious and I was very happy with all the facilities in the villa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the in-room dining services were great. Amazing spa services and treatments. Really quiet area which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay.

From our point of view where we did some villas in some countries, this is our hearted villa. From the arrival with all the humblement of the staffs, the villa it self us just wow, the breakfast is just amazing(thank you the 2 ladies) who went above & beyond for this wonderful breakfast, they cooked, plated your breakfast, and clean everything after. The massage service that me & my partner took was incredible, i think that this one of the best so far. We even invite a friend for the day and he did enjoyed it with a wow comments that he will definitely booked this 1004 villa. Overall ladies / Gents / family, go, close your eyes and booked villa 1004. Thank you Paolo, grazie milé.

The villa was clean and well kept. We liked the spacious rooms and the good-size private pool. It was really nice having all the space for our family of 4. The team of staff was really wonderful and looked after us very well. The chef Made, cooked us amazing Indonesian meals, and the other member of staff Ktut always greeted us with a big smile as she attended to us.

Everyone and everything! It was one of the best vacation ever! All the employees and staff were amazing. Beautiful spirit and soul of all of those Balinese people! Specially I will recommend all staff from the kids club! My kids enjoyed there spending time with them and having a lot of creative activities. Beautiful surroundings with shallow pool. Interior is amazing, energy is so calming. Food, pools, views. I recommend this and will be back for sure.

We have a wonderful stay in Ayana. This is absolutely one of the best villa we have ever stayed. Staffs are all very kind, special thanks to our butler Yudi & Edi, they are very professional, helpful & thoughtful. They managed everything in detail. My body condition was poor due to serious illness before, so during the stay I was not feeling so well, but thanks to Edi, he's arranged a doctor for me & after some treatment I felt much better. Thank you so much for their excellent hospitality. I can really feel they care about all the guests. Besides the staffs I love the villa too. We stayed at Ocean Front Cliff King Villa. It's so spacious, clean & tidy with nice decor. The bed was so comfortable. And the swimming pool, lawn, gorgeous sea view.... we enjoyed our stay very much.
