Most beautiful design and room has every possible thing that you can need of. The service is amazing, they helped us to book airport transfer. I personally recommend to dine in their restaurant and try Balinese dinner experience. Especially thanks to Desak,Tana,Doni,Fiona,Aussie, Nicho and all the staff for their exceptional efforts to make our holiday easy and most relaxing. We had a one small problem with credit card payment with booking but the staff in the reception solved the problem best possible way and they even upgraded our room. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come back to Kuta

This is a traditional fancy hotel in Bali, and it didn't disappoint. The whole stay was magnificent, they treated us like we were royalty and everything was always perfect. Breakfast has so many options that I could eat there all day long. Pool service is perfect and it offers everything you might need. The room is spacious and bright, and perfectly cleaned.

Location is literally within close proximity with international terminal or domestic terminal. International check in is directly connected to the hotel. Options of good food just outside the hotel, still within airport complex. Selection of great food either local or western cuisine for breakfast. Excellent and friendly staff! Everyone made our stay really comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. We didn't book the breakfast but we paid when we got there and it was worth it as it was so delicious, I would highly recommend. Close to the airport so perfect if arriving late. The room is basic but has everything you need and the pool was lovely.
