The staff is extraordinarily friendly, mindful and unique and is committed to go the extra mile for each guest. From the gardener who will sometimes give you prepared flowers over the cleaning who makes animals out of the towels to the waiters (who are the best) and management make you feel very special. We have never seen anything like this. The place is very well maintained. Breakfast tastes amazing and is decorated beautifully. Food and dinner tastes delicious. 2 very nice pools. Good trips to the Gillis easy possible from here. We have stayed at many very nice hotels so far and this is among the best.

All members of staff were constantly focused on delivering the highest levels of service. The Villa Nova is paradise!! Every detail of the property is well taken care of and while there are staff there to always help with whatever you need, you feel like you have your own slice of the beach to yourself. The chef is top notch- they even prepared fish we caught with amazing techniques. The beach is super clean and right out your back door. The water is great for snorkeling and the property even provides SUP boards free of charge. I wish there was more places like this in the world, but there is not. The Villa is a true gem and the staff can’t be beat. I will definitely book again next time I’m in Lombok!!

This was the perfect location and setting to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff, in every department, are nothing short of excellent and we felt like family by the end of our stay. The Villa was exceptional; spacious, luxurious rooms and a private pool larger than some we’ve had at hotels! The resort infinity pool and all the activities on offer are super without making it feel ‘busy’. The spectacular towel displays for our celebration were second to none and had us rushing back to our room to see what beautiful creation they’d done next. 😍 Our waiter, in particular, Munir, was professional, personable and a joy to see at every meal. The staff were always smiling and happy, which tells you all you need to know. We would highly recommend this stunning resort and definitely plan to return with family.

Very helpfull and friendly staff, always in a good mood and good for a joke. Excellent restaurant on the waterfront. Lovely beach, cleaned every morning. Walk some hundred meters up the coast and drift back with the current snorkeling.

A perfect location with bungalows overlooking the pool ☺️ and sea, as well as rooms with garden views. This accommodation is right on the beach with beautiful couches and eating areas and close to shops and restaurants along the beachfront. You can swim and snorkel right here or in the pool which is deep and clean with loungers to bathe in. As well as all of this, they have a restaurant too. The staff are helpful, friendly and very funny. I'd definitely return 😍
