The hotel offers an excellent experience, we really felt like royalty. It has a wonderful botanical garden, a grand reception with beautiful fresh flowers every day, and an elegant restaurant with an incredibly vast selection for breakfast, which is different every day. There is also a lot of staff on premise, and they are very welcoming, helpful, and actively seeking feedback. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good. The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.

We had a long stay at the ITC Gardenia Hotel in Bengaluru and there were many things that were impressive, especially the extremely helpful and courteous staff, the clean and spacious room, the garden-like setting, the delicious food and great service at the restaurants, and the surprisingly outstanding value for a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended!
