I have always enjoyed staying at Taj and Vivanta was a fine place. Kids friendly and clean , great hospitality team. Concierge team are professional. My kids definitely want to come once more 😊 Water pressures were good , Room temperature to ventilation was excellent. Very clean and kept fresh. Special mention to Annat and Ananth from the Kitchen team who ensured to connect 1:1 to kids that helped kids enjoy the place more. Special appreciation to Kavitha for her beautiful TLC - her warmth and smile made it all look Welcoming. ✨️

Habitació àmplia ben decorada amb bones vistes, bona situació més o menys en el centre de la ciutat, a prop del Government Museum, tot i que Chennai no té un centre ciutat definit i és una ciutat una mica lletja pel meu gust. L'esmorzar està bastant bé i variat, però un dels dies es va formar una cua d'espera de 15 minuts per accedir al saló de l'esmorzar perquè estava completament ple. Té un gimnàs una mica antiquat però prou complet per entrenar.

I travelled to Chennai with my family. We stayed for 5 days. And the service at this hotel is amazing. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable, the staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the morning breakfast with the traditional South Indian dishes, personally made best dosas varieties and filter coffee was another treat. We enjoyed the food. This hotel has a pool of vehicles to make our travel comfortable at any time.  We arranged a vehicle to travel to Kanchipuram, the driver was an experienced person, who made our shopping easy.
