Novotel Chennai is the must-stay hotel in Chennai. The location is ideal for visiting the Mahabalipuram temples in the South as well as the city, whilst being slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are exquisite - we stayed in a base room as well as a suite and both were clean and quiet with comfortable as well as functional layouts. The breakfast has a wide variety of choice and all the food was of high quality. The only small comment I would give here is that the cleaning and re-setting of tables after people leave should be more thorough. The thing that makes this place 5 star plus is the staff who are all extremely nice people, friendly and who (successfully) went above and beyond to make our stay 5-star. A special thanks to Vishal and Sai Nikhil who took wonderful care of us and made sure we started and ended every day with a smile!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Radisson blue chennai city centre. And our experience was even better. The difference we have observed in few ways . 1. Cleanliness 2.Room services kept on checking if anything else is required in the room . 3. Duty manager & Guest relations executive Ms. Pratibha kept on checking on our wellbeing everyday through WhatsApp . 4. Breakfast was also fine & fresh. 5. Location is perfect

Arun Poli the chef was great, he has magic I his hands a simple aloo gobi with adrak tasted like amrtham, just the right amount of spice! The Manchow soup was irresistable. My cousin Hari a local was really impressed despite having eaten in several of the 5* hotels in Chennai!!! Mayank from Indore and Devyani Roy (the Fuji brat) from Jabalpur both are excellent friendly and very helpful staff

The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and great food. After a long day of business meetings, I had the best restful night with zero disturbance. If I may be back in Chennai my stay would definitely be Trident. Service of hotel staff is commendable. I must remind here the most friendly Selva at Cinnamon restaurant.
