Everything about Amara was perfect. The room was spacious, clean with the eco vibe. Clean towels, bedsheets and toileteries were well stocked. The staff was compassionate and empathetic. I am doing a re review on this property due to how well they showed us that they cared for thier customers. I have never experienced such amazing professionalism especially from thier GM Mr Ravi Nischal. We did have a few issues while at the property but Mr Nischal was amazing enough to immediately call us and empathize regarding our situation and proceeded to make things right for us. I will definitely go back anytime due to the best treatment we received Breakfast area is beautiful with a view of the pool and the ocean beyond..The servers were nice and polite .. had Indian and continental options. This propert has great views of the backwaters and the ocean … loved every bit of our experience including my 75 yo mum who was celebrating her bday that month
