It is a relative new establishment. The location, ambience, cleanliness, hospitality and behavior of all staff deserves special mention. The indoor games facilities, adventure games and spa facilities were all excellent. All the staff were very supportive and friendly displaying pleasant attitude. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest homestays we've stayed at in Kerala. Really good price for what you get, it's a beautiful room with a really good bathroom too. The hosts were so kind, and as it was off season when we stayed she offered to make us breakfast each day (which was really delicious). Great location, highly recommend!

We loved the warmth and helpfulness of the hosts. They made sure that we were looked after in our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to make our excursions. The rooms are nicely decorated on the walls, which gives warmth to the room. Moreover the place was immaculate and always had a lovely scent. The reception and the nature of host. Always having a calm smile and guiding us for the local sight seeing. There is a restaurant near by (Mama's cafe). What an awesome food. Also Mr. Nitesh helped us book the ticket for that traditional Kerela fight and then Kathakali. He is very good. The place is very calm and room are very big along with toilets. A must stay for everyone. Thanks a lot Nitesh for making our stay at Kumily such a memorable one. Will visit again.

The resort has a great atmosphere. Perfect stay for a honeymoon, where you can enjoy time in the resort comfortably or tour outside the resort. The resort is extremely well maintained and the staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

I stayed in Periyar to visit the park and the surroundings and Periyar Woods really felt like home. I was able to rest after several days traveling, they served me delicious local food and arranged transportation whenever I needed. Sattish and his family are very friendly and will do everything to make your stay confortable.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this resort for 4 nights. However, when we got to the resort, we were welcomed with a welcome drink (ginger tea) and were led to our room - the mountain view room. As we had reached the resort past sunset, we didn't get to see anything from the balcony of our room as it was pitch dark outside. The room was excellent, it was a wooden cabin with almost ceiling to floor glass window panes. We woke up to the sound of bird calls and also some monkey hoots in the distance. We loved the serenity of the resort, even though it had only 13 rooms, it felt really upmarket and beautifully designed. The breakfast options were great, a good mix of south indian, north indian and western food options with fruit juices. Lunch and dinner options were good too. The resort managers (Mr. Prakash, Ms. Indu) and the staff at the restaurant were really welcoming and made our stay a good one. All in all, we highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a short getaway from your routine lives!
