The owners/staff are very hospitable and welcoming. They will make you feel superbly comfortable. A card was provided to us that made the local public transportation free. The room was great, had an awesome view, and there was a hotel restaurant that served a nice selection of regional foods. Keep an eye out for the local cats, they are very friendly, pet them.

Two weary cyclists thought this place fabulous and definitely a brilliant place for touring cyclists to stay. Everywhere is new. All has been so well planned. Our room was gorgeous. The attention to detail is incredible from the one password to gain entrance to everywhere , to the luxurious walk in shower and the amazingly comfortable bed. I am sure it would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Bolzano.

Location is not bad if you are coming by car.The variety and quality of the breakfast spread were impressive. We have a suggestion for the hotel: considering the remarkable taste and homemade appeal of the "Caramella Union," it could be a wonderful idea for the hotel to offer this treat for sale in jars. Many guests, including us, often seek to purchase local products and specialties as souvenirs or to enjoy at home.
