Everything was absolutely perfect: the room, the service, the spa, the massage (thanks Floriana!), the amenities, the gym, the restaurant! This dinner surprised us a lot! We had no idea how good it would be. We had fish and steak - both FABULOUS - and the chef gave us amuse bouche and dessert. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazing attention to all the details… Coffee Pod machine, tea maker, all snacks, Prosecco, and water included… top quality shampoos and soaps, etc…..My completely over the top room, had a misting Shower, a proper shower for at least 3 people, a “TRIPLE” Jacuzzi, a dry sauna, another separate bathroom where the bidet, toilette, and sink was located… everything in black slate and marble, like a Bat Cave Oasis in the “cooooooolest” neighborhood in Palermo… My terrace overlooking Via Roma was so awesome… but the neighborhood stole the show, a copy shop across the street, a Landry in the building on the ground floor, barber shop for boys on the corner, mini marts 4 minutes away… and LA BRACE a totally awesome restaurant close at hand… This place rocked, stayed 3 days in 14 on two separate occasions…. LOVED it HERE… so will you!

Perfectly located in the historical centre of Palermo. Beautiful appartement with very informative host. Maravigghia was the best decision for us. We were regularly contacted if everything was okay and if we needed tips for our stay. The host has a little book of information about the city and restaurant tips ready for you upon arrival.

I was contacted the day before we arrived to ensure we had all correct details how to get there and what to do to get in (eg codes etc). The building was historical and great to stay in for this alone. We had a special code to get into the building and then another to get into the accommodation area on the first floor and then a special card to enter our suite. Walking into our suite, there was hanging space & shelving, tea/coffee followed by a lounge, then a large queen/king bed with side tables, a TV with a huge shower and good size bathroom. Cleaned everyday. Breakfast was special in a large comfy room with personal service. Coffee was made as you liked it. Your room was very secure. There were places to sit and read in the general area. The manager was absolutely lovely - welcoming and happy to engage in conversation. She also allowed us to leave our large luggage at the suite while we spent a few days in Trapani. Very trustworthy. The location was great. Very Very close to the train station and buses. We used the train to travel to Cefalu for a day and then the bus to travel to Trapani. Could catch the bus to the other side of Palermo but really you could enjoy the walk. We were very close to the markets and went there a few times for lunch.

The apartment is large and comfortable. It has a lot of refined details - all the necessary utensils, accessories in the kitchen, a large bedroom. A very big plus - location. 3 minutes on foot to the bus to the beach of Mondello. 20-25 minutes by bus. Half an hour to get to the beautiful beach. And a very nice and helpful owner.

Host and hostess went out of their way to accommodate us; lovely apartment; nice walk into the city; hostess provided good city information
