Newly renovated place. Super comfortable beds (even small bed for a third adult was super comfy and you could rest well). It was a bit noisy from the street, but we were so tired at the end of the day, that it was not a problem for us to get a good sleep. Breakfast cafe is just 3-5 min slow walk on the same street. You can choose what you like from the breakfast menu (coffee, juice and you can choose omelette or sandwich). All options were tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and will return next time if it will be available.

Simone and his family were truly amazing. Very nice people that were always ready to help out with anything we needed. Gave us great tips on how to move around in Rome, where to eat, what to visit, what to avoid etc. Truly amazing people, would be back for sure. The home made breakfast was sensational, very good food with fruits, traditional roman meals and more! The room was beyond good, was great! Very large, with great bad and bathroom. Very clean, with everything you need. We felt at home here, and would definitely stay there again. Recommend to everyone

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful and beautifully maintained; what impressed us the most was the host and how welcomed we felt: Agnes was in touch with us as soon as we made the booking, waited for us at the apartment and helped with all inquiries we had in a lovely and efficient manner. She helped us organize a shuttle to the airport, late check-out and luggage storage - which were essential for our trip. Nice touch with welcoming goodies basket on our arrival. Highly recommended & will definitely stay there again.
