Room was very confortable and spacious. Breakfast was great and location was the best. Everything was close to the Riad within the old city. And also the personnel in the Riad. They are the best people we met in Fes. It felt like we knew them before. Very friendly and hospitable.

The dinner menu offered was excellent too; ate there two nights and felt it was amongst the best. The property had excellent rooms; large, clean, serviced and authentic. Mohmmad and all the waiters were so happy and smiling all the time. Aberderma, the property manager runs an excellent show. He personally take pride in his work and was professional before the trip in communicating with me a was excellent there in arranging, tours, taxis and helping me with the pharmacy and getting meds. Exceptional person and worth staying there because of him. He arranged Hisham, a city tour guide who was amazing and thats the person to ask for. The food at the restuarant was very very good too

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fresh and wonderful. The optional dinners were better than the restaurants I found. There was a "hamman" (traditional bath and massage) available in the riad, which I especially enjoyed.

Tucked away on the edge of the medina in the quieter location of Ziat, this beautifully restored riad offers peace and an authentic Moroccan experience with a touch of luxury. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable and had nice touches like a hairdryer, fridge and kettle. The breakfast varied slightly on each day of our stay and was always prompt and delicious. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. The hammam was a great experience and highly recommended too.

The facilities were fabulous. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The look and feel of the courtyard and dining area was amazing - very beautiful mosaic and stucco work on the archways and walls. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe and well appointed bathroom. The dining for both breakfast and dinner was wonderful with authentic home cooked Moroccan meals that were delicious! We also enjoyed the traditional Hammam and the relaxing massage available at the property.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the old historic 9th century Medina of Fes was amazing! The rooms were designed in classic style, very spacious, with high wooden doors. The location in the heart of the old Medina within walking distance to shops, Hammam Mernissi where we treated ourselves to a relaxing massage and Bab Sahra Restaurant where we attended a cooking class on how to make Lemon Chicken Tagine. Aziz, the manager, was very kind and attentive and made sure we got what we wanted.

for a modest amount you stay in a historic arabic building at a large square near to one of the gates of the world-famous medina. Spectacular location! You don't have the classic luxury of a classic four star hotel, but you definitely get value for your money; it's a good three star quality; and it's charming; personnel is cool, breakfast is tasty, the spa (hammam plus thorough massage) is professional
