The rooms are clean and very big. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, for free. Rooms are super clean. The swimming pool is just awesome. I loved everything about this hotel.

Very good central Location in quiet area of Plaka neighborhood. Yanis hour host was very helpful with everything. welcomed us, delivered the kewy and made us a short tour in the apartment and house. We were after 2 weeks of sailing an Yanis offered me Laundry service for a very affordable price. the mattress are comfortable. In general the house was recently renovated (June 2021) was designed very professionally. A very recommended place to stay when vibing Athens.

Location was superb for Old Town and restaurants. Room, bed, shower etc was very comfortable. Chose not to take breakfast so can’t comment on this. Swimming pool area lovely.

I stayed at the 5th floor, it was very quiet. I was even given access to the executive lounge which was very comfortable. What I liked so much, was the spa area - after a long travel, the jaquzzy and hot sauna were just life savers. Parking in the back of the hotel (same as the entrance just the other side of the building and with full access) is free, compared to park in front of the building for exta money (with no added value).

The breakfast was amazingly curated and wholesome being one of the best that we have had in Europe. The location was very convenient and right in the main street of the Old Town and walkable short distance to all the main attractions in the Old town. Being Christmas time, we could visit the Christmas Market umpteen nos of time at our will as the market square was just 100/200 mtrs. away. And to top it they have the best Spa that we have experienced, where one can spend relaxed time and get rejuvenated. We had a very comfortable stay and a wonderful experience at Pod Roza. It exceeded our expectation. Would very highly recommend the Hotel.

Everything was great. Location is perfect. Right next to train station which connects you to airport. Also 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. View of the room was great. Beds were confortable. room size was big enough. It was clean and cosy.
