I arrived to Vrnjaćka Banja for a congress that was at the Terme Hotel which was unfortunatelly overbooked. The Tim Lux appartment was ideal, as it's literally next door from the Hotel - I even managed to arrange with the hotel that I could go for breakfast there (550 RSD). The appartment itself was very clean and I was impressed by all the ammenitites (lots of towels, shower gel, tooth paste, instant and regular coffee with džezva, bottle of rakija). I was skeptial about the couch-bed at first but it was surprisingly comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend staying here!
