HOSPITALITY AT IT’S BEST!! Hotel staff has delivered an amazing experience. I was staying there for my wisdom teeth operation. They took care of me so well. They did trip to the pharmacy, late night room service(ice, fruits, snacks - chef’s delicious cookies and desert, tea) Staff very attentive and always smiling. FANTASTIC FOOD Specially cooked for me. The chef picked fresh produce and cooked truly brilliantly. Fantastic hotel for the price! The only hotel I've found in Turkey that actually had a bath tub! And a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable, too! Good sized room. Fancy elevators.

The staff, the amenities, the location, the breakfast buffet and the historical architecture. We arrived earlier than anticipated and the front desk manager, Sungkan, was very gracious in allowing us an early check in. Our flight out wasn't till the early evening and he also extended us a late check out and arranged for our airport transfer for a fair fee. Although the hotel was built in 1991 it has the interior architectural elements of a structure 100 years old. It has a charm to it. The location is in a quiet area and there are groceries, shops, clubs and nice sidewalks for walks. The airport is 30 minutes away but check in at the beautiful ANKARA airport is very easy and quick. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The water pressure was fine and the heating of the water perfect. The hotel offers a pool and hammam free of charge to its guests as well.
