One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional staff. I would like to personally acknowledge Ms. Nahide for her outstanding help and care. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.

we had a nice welcome with a drink and had our check in immediately. we got a nice room with view. we would want to thank guest relations and reception for making this happen. food was great. we had the chance to try alacarte restaurant as well and it was top on point. entertainment was pretty decent as well. they a different show every night at the night club and all of them are suitable for kids as well. if I want to summarize it, would I come again? definitely yes. see you next summer Vogue and thanks for everything.
