The location was close to the market and a lot of good places to eat. The staff were very nice and attentive.

The room (Floor 4) was just great, with excellent layout, a nice view, a very enjoyable bathroom, quality appliances and plenty of storage. The staff were very good, very helpful, and quick to respond to requests. The location was not central (maybe 3 km away) but was close to numerous small eateries and shops. Some great food was available from dingy little restaurants nearby, and a nice dinner could be had for less than USD4. Use Google Translate to ensure the menus are accessible to you. The internal and external common area decor and landscaping were the best, being very welcoming and friendly—with many individual and artistic touches on display.

The room is new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast, which is free, is amazingly delicious. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

For early chech-in, the hotel room is not too small, overall it is comfortable enough, the room is clean, the staff is friendly and quite close to the center

The room is comfy, clean, and in a good location. The staff was helpful they helped me arrange for airport and hotel pick up and moto bike to explore Dalat. Definitely will book again, highly recommended.

The room is clean and the same as the picture has described. All the facility work well and there is nothing broken. Good location, very helpful and friendly stuffs. I got warm welcome and get to be assisted all the time when we need something without us even saying.

Room was large and extremely comfortable with all amenities provided, absolutely worth the money spent. All of Da Lat's main attractions are within 5 km distance so accessibility is not an issue. The staff are also very friendly and always ready to help you. You should book an airport taxi from the hotel because they charge a very low fee (about 12 USD) for a distance of more than 30 km.

Huge thank you to the lovely man (whose name I’ve lost) that works at the reception! Making sure everything was great for our stay and for our visit to Dalat. Location is fantastic if you enjoy being in there heart of things! On a busy street so it is noisy, but we slept great!& Rooms are newly renovated and spotless!
