The owners are just unbelievable, they came to bus station at 5am and gave us a extremely early check in for free. They organized our tour and bus to Hue (pick up front there). They are just the best and kind people I've meet this trip. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and such a big heart. I felt like home away from home. Location and the room was great too.

Phong nha is a must see area! And the farmstay is a great relaxing place to stay. It’s more like a relaxed boutique hotel vibe than a ‘farmstay’ in my view. But you do look out on farms being worked:) the staff were so helpful and great and we loved exploring the region each day (caves are incredible and the national park is beautiful) then coming back the farmstay at night

Very very good hotel. The owner helped us with everything we needed, she was available at all times. Free breakfast when it was probably one of the cheapest places I've stayed in in Vietnam. So overall an amazing experience with this hotel, we could even leave our bags in the room without paying for an extra night while we went on a cave tour overnight.

The room has everything you need! It's spacious, clean, has a comfortable bed and pillows, and includes a nightlight and bedside outlets. The bathroom is also large and the shower has nice water pressure and hot water. We appreciated that breakfast was included and it was simple and tasty. The homestay is on a quiet street only a 10min walk to the middle of town, and there are also bikes you can borrow for free, which was very handy. The pool gets some nice afternoon sun and is clean. The best part of this homestay is the service. They picked us up at 4am from the bus station and let us check in early for a small fee. They also helped us craft our ideal itinerary for the 2 days we had there. They can help you find the perfect tour package if you want that, but they will also happily give you tips for exploring sites on your own. We booked the full-day paradise cave tour through them, which we really enjoyed. They also helped us arrange a motorbike and bus trip and let us pay for everything by credit card at the end. This family wants to do everything they can to make you comfortable, so you'll feel like you never want to leave. We couldn't recommend them more!

Lake view is wonderful. Staff also very kind. Make sure you stay more than 1 night as lots to do and we regret having such a short stay.

We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.
