Everything on this trip was perfect. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were incredible and I've never slept in such a massive super king bed. The meals were really tasty and breakfast was always a morning highlight. The views were like in a movie and I highly recommend booking the bungalow suite.

Amazing hotel and best pool ever on the 12th floor. Sucks that weather was bad but highly recommend this hotel as it was luxurious place for solo and couples as well. Highly recommend reception girl Tina who helped me a lot and always arranged things for me

Perfecte, ens ha agradat tot. Estava molt net, l'habitació és gran i el llit molt còmode. Vistes impressionants. L'esmorzar és molt complet i deliciós. El personal és molt amable, millor impossible. Inclús hi ha un autobús gratuït de l'hotel al centre del poble cada 2 hores

• Great view when booking Balcony View room. • Staff were exceptional (very helpful when it came to recommendations of food and places to go/ welcoming as well). • 7 min walk to Sunworld Ticket Office and center of Sapa. • Had a great heating pool. • Free Breakfast was good (fried rice, pho, bun, etc).

Absolutely fantastic experience. Attentive staff, kind and helpful at every interaction. We stayed in the king suite overlooking the mountains which made our stay very relaxing. Make sure you request a quiet area because some of the mountain side can be loud due to music coming from the park down below the hill.

Nice, clean and updated rooms; Owner was very helpful and accommodating ; the location is great if you want far away from the noise and buzz of Sapa. We jad a motorcycle with us so the distance to Sapa is not an issue. Easy walk to neighboring ethnic villages; a handful of good restaurants and stores for snacks and supplies nearby. Owner is currently building an extension for a restaurant , Cafe & Rooftop pool. We had the 4th floor with balcony so it was a great to watch the village locals go about their daily routines from the top.

    La noia que porta l’hotel és realment amable i simpàtica, tracte excel•lent des que hem arribat fins que hem marxat. Habitacions molt correctes, netes i silencioses. L’espai en general és molt acollidor.

    Se’ns dubte, l’entorn. Estan a una ubicació privilegiada, amb vistes a la vall des-de totes les habitacions. El menjar es boníssim, el millor menjar d’hotel que hem fet en aquest viatge (portem 4 hotels. Els espais comuns, son acollidors i propicien l interacció i sociabilització amb altres viatgers. El personal es molt atent, molt familiar i ofereixen diferents serveis, però sense ser insistents ni intrusius. Se’ns dubte i tornaria.
