Parking was free (rare) and you couldn’t hear the other guests so this meant you felt like you were the only person there when in your room - fabulous!

Located 600 metres from Silgar Beach in Sanxenxo, this resort has 2 different buildings, and offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and views of the Pontevedra River. We loved everything! This resort was one of my favourite places in a very long time. I speak minimal Spanish, and the staff were so accommodating. I liked it so much that I’ve already booked a return visit with my husband in April.

Glen the waitress was so helpful and great fun, Albaro the sommelier did a wine tasting session with us by the fire and was amazing. We loved his approach and really enjoyed the time we spent with him.

Situated in Pontevedra, 34 km from Estación Maritima, Hotel Rural Campaniola features accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge. Great place to stay to rest if you are doing el Camino. It's a bit off the trail but definitely is way much better that many other places right on the Camino

We took a taxi from the Venta de Naron after walking from PortoMarin. However, it is well worth to stay to this place. It is quiet, and I highly recommend making an early reservation if you would like to have a massage. The food is very good and the hosts are very friendly.
