Room was very spacious and Staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip.

Hotel Lava Beach ligger i Puerto del Carmen og tilbyder 5-stjernet indkvartering med fitnesscenter, have og terrasse. Ejendommen har døgnåben reception og restaurant. Lovely decor, clean sleek lines , spacious rooms with great bathrooms, lovely balcony and all really well maintained. We were there mid December and never a problem for beds at the pool or never queues at the buffet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and ran until 11am which was great, especially if you wanted to get in a yoga or Pilates class before breakfast. One of our main criteria in booking were the spa and fitness classes all included and it didn’t disappoint. There were 3 classes each morning running from 9am - yoga, aerial yoga or Pilates first two session then followed by aqua fit in the pool and then usually stretching/ yoga options also late afternoon - all really well run and never overcrowded- although with only 6 places for aerial yoga it was sometimes oversubscribed , but never an issue as you could follow similar poses on the ground 😉. Spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room - not the biggest but again we were mostly the only ones there. Jacuzzi and bubble beds were located outside and were a bitty chilly due to the time of year. Staff were lovely and always helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel, we would go back !

Just 550m from Los Pocillos beach and 6km from the airport make Hyde Park the perfect location to go out and visit the island, enjoy or relax in Puerto del Carmen. buffet menu style worked a treat for breakfast and dinner. great gluten free option, and the kitchen would cater if there was something you had a preference for. staff - amazing, lovely, welcoming mini supermarket - handy for picking up drinks and food. spa, pool, activities plenary to do for all ages each accommodation area has a security gate which makes you feel safe apartments we a perfect size, clean and bright. you can hire beach towels also which is a bonus. the pool bar is open for most of the day and also serves food with great portion sizes

La Isla y el Mar Hotel Boutique byder på udsigt over Atlanterhavet samt udendørs pools og poolbar. Suiterne har aircondition og ligger 15 minutters gang fra Playa Chica Strand. From the welcome I received from reception and the bell boy (that's what he called himself) to the chocolates left on my bed every evening, I thought the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake. I loved my room. it was so quiet and peaceful. It was like an oasis. I was there off peak so I don't know what my experience would be like at peak times. The floral smells from the gardens were amazing. Everywhere someone was cleaning and working. Breakfast was amazing. The choice superb. One of the reviews I read before staying here said the evening meals were limited so I didn't choose half board. However, I did use the restaurant one evening and OMG! the quality of food was amazing. The price brilliant. I ate stuff I'd never tried before. I understood what the review meant in that it's not the typical functional spread with everything laid out. There's lots of stuff laid out but you get to choose the starter and the main in addition to this from about 3 different choices a day from a menu which is then made to order and then brought to you. I loved it. My steak was divine. But I like food that's been prepared with extra detail and flair and is an experience to eat over functional style self-service eating. And you can eat those dishes how many times you want. If you're looking for Indian or Chinese takeaway type food and burgers and chips and tapas etc there are plenty of those places at Playa del Carmen which is 35 min walk away. I went and ate at a lavish looking restaurant on the strip that a friend recommended and paid double for okay food. I actually regretted leaving the hotel! If you're looking for a secluded stay where you're treated like royalty and fine dining come here. I was given five star treatment at a five star boutique hotel.

Very nice for a family stay for the holiday. Staff are very friendly. These villas have excellent location. Walking distance to beaches.

Beautiful pool, very private, spotlessly clean, excellent customer service from reception desk through to the cleaners. everything you would need to have a great holiday in a quiet location. Highly recommended.

Det nyrenoverede Villa Ariana Playa Blanca ligger i Playa Blanca, 1 km fra Playa de las Coloradas og 2,1 km fra Mujeres-stranden. We absolutely loved our week of winter sun staying at Villa Ariana. The hosts were warm, welcoming and helpful. Everything was fantastic but we particularly loved…. The heated pool, the south facing terrace, the large number of extremely comfortable sofas (both inside and out), lots of fluffy towels, the well stocked kitchen, the huge number of English channels and APPs on the TV, the serenity of the surroundings and the spacious feel. The villas location was perfect for our family. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket and close to the beach and the gorgeous marina. The centre of Playa Blanca is also within walking distance and a short taxi ride away.
