The staff were very very friendly and very helpful especially Rashid who has explained for us how to use the public transportation which made it very easy for us to move from the apartment to the centre of Geneva where all the city attractions are available.

Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival!
