The whole resort, properties, pool and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Relaxing, calm and beautiful settings, on-site spa that was also great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Nice quiet part of the beach right outside the property to lounge around. I must give a special mention to Mr. Jan who dealt with customer relations. This guy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible.

My room was amazing. It was a perfect t combination of a luxury feel in the room but a beautiful tropical oasis just outside of the sliding glass door in front of your bed. Since I am a solo traveler, I felt very safe in these grounds.

The serenity of the place, banana pancakes for breakfast, the staff. They also got us bycicles for all days, always helped to park/unpark them, they were honest, really nice, especially Roni. The place was quiet even on new years and we slept great. Very good value for money.

Situated within a few steps of Gili Air Beach and 6.5 km of Bangsal Harbour in Gili Air, Chill Out Bungalows features accommodation with seating area. The bungalow was very nice, all working very well and the staff was excellent. I really recommend the place for everybody. The restaurant is also very nice , just by the beach and food was excellent, they have a BBQ night with fresh sea food and fresh meat every evening. The owner is nice, comes to greet you every morning. Also, we got really burned in the sun and the guys in the restaurant arranged some fresh aloe vera for us. So five starts, go here!
