We absolutely loved this property! We will definitely be staying here again in future. It's very secluded and quiet in the area which is just what we needed to relax! Staff were fantastic and very helpful with everything we needed.

Rommet var fint og rent. Bassengområdet var bra. Personalet var veldig snille og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var fantastisk!!

Probably the friendliest & most professional I’ve ever encountered. They’re always so helpful, smiling & absolutely lovely. 🥰 By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I never want to leave! 🥹💜 the hotel itself is also very eco-friendly, I haven’t seen any plastic so far! Thank you so much to the staff for this unforgettable experience. I already want to come back! I have the greatest time staying at Reset Lombok Hotel. The room was amazing, the interior and desain very aesthetic. Very good breakfast, cozy beds and very good bathrooms for each bedroom. I liked the pool with beautiful small garden and the friendly and competent employees.

The architecture and interiors are so beautiful, it feels like an escape. Their staff and customer service made our stay exceptional. They really went over and beyond what we usually experience even at 5 star resorts. Truly delightful!

RaCottage Mandalika features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Kuta Lombok. This is a charming hotel just a few minutes set outside of center of Kuta town. Rooms were big ,extremely clean and maintained The staff were fabulous, catering any little thing that we requested with a smile. A very special thanks to Linda at the reception for being attentive and made us feel at home. I definitely will be coming back!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the services are very good. The rooms are very spacious, the location is on the quiet part of the island with amazing views on sunset. The resort has a good restaurant, but plenty of good options nearby. You can take the bikes from the hotel to discover the surrounding. Overall great value for the money. The pool area with the bar are super cozy. The cleanies of this resort is outstanding. When I come back, this is the place where I will stay.

De ansatte gjør at opplevelsen her trekker opp, de var behjelpelige med det meste. De organiserte turen tilbake og var generelt utrolig vennlige mot oss. Hotellets uteområdet er nydelig og virkelige for seg gjort. Hotellets beliggenhet var nydelig i forhold til stranden. Personalet gir svært god informasjon i forhold til hvor en bør bade, se soloppgang og solnedgang, snorklestedet, samt gode spisesteder, noe som gjorde det enkelt å ta seg rundt på øyen.
