Ramada Jamshedpur Bistupur có trung tâm thể dục, khu vườn, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Jamshedpur. I got an upgrade to Club room. Thanks to Hotel Ramada. I stayed for two nights. It was a spacious room with decent decoration, nice furniture, comfortable bed. The toilet was with bath tub and all essentials. Tea maker was available in the room. Locker, laundry bags, sleepers were available. A comfortable sofa and a desk with a chair were available. The restaurant food was excellent. We tried variety of food, all were tasty. The staff behaviour was very good. Room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I have seen in Jamshedpur. Security and safety measures, specially related to Covid, implemented by the hotel, was highly appreciable. The hotel had ample space for parking. The location of the hotel was excellent. There was no traffic in front of the hotel. There was a petrol pump just in front of the hotel.

This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.

This hotel is situated in Ranchi – the City of Waterfalls, a 5-minute walk from Ranchi Market and 250 metres from Firayalal Chowk. It houses 3 dining options, a salon and a fitness centre. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a restful sleep.
