Located 1.5 km from Taj Mahal, Trident Agra features an outdoor pool and 24-hour front desk. A business centre, restaurant and bar are available. Some rooms offer garden or pool views. Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-designed. My friend and I were so tired, and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. We were only supposed to stay one night, but we decided to extend our stay in Agra by one more night just because the Trident felt so relaxing.

The location is really good as it is right on the main street leading up to the east gate of Taj Mahal, and the area is surprisingly less busy and load as the other parts surrounding the Taj. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and nice to talk to and it is acutually a homestay as you are staying above a family home, who are helping to cook breakfast and help you get around.

Situated on its own ghat, BrijRama Palace – A Heritage Hotel was built in the 18th Century and is considered as one of the oldest structures in Varanasi. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was amazing and the staff were excellent . It was my birthday and they had arranged for a cake and some sweets in the room as well
