Owners are very nice. Frederico is the constant gardener and the grounds are lovely. We had a fun family & friends stay.

מלון דו לאק (Hotel Du Lac & SPA) ממוקם בלב בלאג'יו (Bellagio), מול המזח, ומשקיף על הכיכר המרכזית. המלון מאפשר לכם ליהנות מנופים פנורמיים ומאוכל מצוין. I don't even know where to begin. This place was exceptional! My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

מלון גראנד וילה סרבלוני (Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni - A Legendary Hotel) שנמצא בבעלות משפחת Bucher במשך 3 דורות, ממוקם בקצה צוק בלאג'יו (Bellagio), ומציע נוף לאגם קומו (Como) ולהרי האלפים, 2 גנים,... The location is very good. There is free parking. We rented a private boat, very convenient, the hotel has a pier. The breakfast was delicious, especially the candied peaches. The hotel's Italian restaurant is very good. Recommended!!!

We arrived late to the hotel a staff member told us that they have decided to upgrade us to a better room which was an amazing news - the breakfast with a lake view was amazing. A place to relax and forget about your day to day troubles. the spa shower (Sort of a sauna) is fantastic add to the room. Something important about the hotel! - if you have an EV or rent an EV that's the place for you with several spots to charge your car.

Beautiful view and apartment, great sauna and swimming pool. Marco was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with him (personally, via WhatsApp or Email). He organized a massage for me and Lomi Lomi-Massage was excellent!!!
