The place was amazing! The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and charming. The pool was just perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The breakfast was to die for. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family!

The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed from picking us up from the train station to making us some bruschetta and drinks on arrival and helping us plan our day in Cinque Terre. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. The hot tub was soo lovely under the stars.
