Väldigt vackert rum i alla detaljer. Personalen var mycket trevlig och pratade mycket bra engelska.Läget är bra med en kort promenad till tågstationen och den stora katedralen.

Hotel Spadai ligger i en historisk byggnad vid Palazzo Medici Riccardi i hjärtat av Florens, 2 minuters promenad från katedralen Santa Maria del Fiore. Great location. Spotlessly clean and fabulous staff. We had the room immediately above the entrance and it was great to watch the world go by but then, windows closed, and silence! Highly recommended.

The 4-star iQ Hotel Firenze offers design interiors and i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serving gourmet pizzas, appetizers and cocktails. I loved the business model for the hotel, including water and other amenities for free. Also, the breakfast was outstanding! Location is awesome hy the way.

Is perfectly located, the staff is amazing. Everything is perfect and cured in all the details and sooo pet friendly: always give us a couple of bowls and a pillow for my bbf Sophie.

Right in the heart of Florence's shopping district and surrounded by history and art. We loved it, it was so elegant, nice to find a touch of glamour as so many modern hotels are rather dull. La Gemma delivers 5* quality from dawn to dusk. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing, especially Gian Luca the hospitality manager, and Boldo the mixologist, made incredible cocktails for us. The food was out of this world, truly worthy of a Michelin* in my opinion. Beautifully presented plates and sleek service in the beautifully designed restaurant LUCA's. Even breakfast was a gourmet affair, with everything cooked fresh to order from an impressive menu, they catered for my gluten-free diet brilliantly. I had the best Eggs Benedict on the planet. All in all, La Gemma personifies Florence...glamorous, and beautiful, where one visit is never enough. We will be back.
