What an exceptional customer service and accommodation! Me and my friend stayed here for few days, including pretty heavy snow storm. Our car was stranded and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get to the village, including putting on our chains themselves. Rooms and spa are of high quality, decor is brand new and beautiful and breakfast was super rich. Amazing option for Champoluc area, we’ll be definitely back and make a tradition of staying here!

From the moment we arrived until we left, the treatment was super good. The room and bathroom are spacious and the bed very comfortable. We really liked that the spa is by individual reservation so you can relax much more and better. A good breakfast, you have a buffet and you can also order from the menu. Quality products and everything included with the reservation. The hotel and all its staff is a 10. Dinner at the restaurant is another 10, both the food (very good quality meat) and the treatment of the staff. All 100% recommended. They were amazing, beyond helpful. The apartment was so spacious and clean. The bathrooms are fabulous. Lorenzo is the most amazing caretaker!!! Ludmilla is beyond helpful!!
