Fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff, easy access and large parking. Nice rooms with very tall ceilings and lots of light and space, total blackout curtains at night.

Also there was an available Netflix account and wine provided by the staff. Overall just super magical and good!

Very relaxing location with comfortable apartments and a pool. Near the forest & nature which is why we were there. Breakfast was excellent with many good options. The food at the restaurant (burgers) was good - a pleasant surprise as our expectations were not that high.

Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Close to forest routes and 20 minute walk to the BNP museum and center. Parking inside the house land. We will definitely choose this place again when going back to Bialowieza.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Very spacious, perfectly equipped with a beautiful view of the lake from a very large balcony. Spacious and very well equipped bathroom (bath, bidet, shower). The price of the hotel includes a very good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of dishes (but I advise you to come early for breakfast because the choice decreases over time). One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a comfortable double bed. During our stay we used the indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, salt cave and saunas. Unfortunately, one of the saunas (infrared) was not open and we could not use it.
