The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast fine (some local and international dishes). There is also a spa for cold or rainy days. I felt comfortable there.

Featuring an indoor pool and wellness centre, Gorski Hotel & Spa is located in Kopaonik, 130 metres from Kopaonik SKI Centre. The property is 230 metres from Pančić express ski lift. What was not to like here. Very attentive and friendly staff. Possibly one of the best evening buffets and breakfast buffets we have ever had. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool and spa facilities were just great.

Hotel Fontana Vrnjačka Banja is set in Vrnjačka Banja. With a spa & wellness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Location if this hotel is exceptional, this was my 3rd time staying in Hotel Fontana. Its certainly positioned with easy access to all places of interest. Hotel stuff is professional and very friendly. Facilities are vast, from super clean spa area, to indoor swimming pool to massage rooms to huge dining room (my breakfast was included ant it was a "Swedish Table" e.g. a buffet style). Parking area is sufficient, no problem getting the spot (please note that like anywhere in Serbia the parking spots itself are rather narrow). Room (including the bathroom) was spotless clean. Mini fridge, desk, king size bed. They have a very cute (but not small) cafeterria in the lobby area. You can order traditional Serbian dishes beside the few western ones. What I will remember the most is that in the morning, at the check out, the manager of the hotel approached me and asked if everything was up to my expectations (it obviously was). Nice touch!
