Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. Location is within Old quarter but still quiet at night. staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room is very clean. Insulation could be improved as I noticed moisture can get in windows. but overall perfect! Property is very cute and clean! Edit: We checked out early in the morning and the staff were ready to assist us even in the wee hours of the morning :) they even gave us breakfast to go which we found very thoughtful and sweet of them. Made our first visit to Vietnam a memorable one. We really hope to come back again! keep up the Excellent service!

First of all the location is very good: in the old town close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. We found the staff extremely nice, caring and interested. They organised excursions to Lan Ha Bay and to Ha Giang for us. In total we stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast and the rooftop bar (with happy hour) are excellent.

In assoluto 10 per la loro disponibilità sia Lucy che Tony sono stati sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Tony ci ha organizzato tour e spostamenti, ci ha reso il viaggio molto più facile e siamo state contentissime. All'hotel non manca niente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, letti comodi, e posizione centrale ad Hanoi.

La Passion Hotel right in the Centre of Hanoi with steps away to all historical and cultural legacies. Even though it was rather small room, everything was comfortable. Breakfest on the 9th floor was delicious with many options available. Staff was doing beyond our expectatios. Linh did her best to organize trips based on our schedule.

We had one of the best hotel experience here. Especially the staff was so helpful and kind. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was superb.
