You are missing out if you don’t stay here! Amazing, kind and welcoming family, spacious and clean room and fantastic room top pool with breathtaking views of the mountains. The family insisted on picking us up and dropping us to our bus even though we arrived very late at night and gave us a clean room to sit and change in after check out. Fresh cooked breakfast daily and small touches that made an impact such as having the air conditioning on before we arrived so the room was lovely and cool. 10 starts all around, can’t recommend enough!

Phong Nha Farmstay has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Phong Nha. The accommodation features evening entertainment and free WiFi throughout the property. Phong nha is a must see area! And the farmstay is a great relaxing place to stay. It’s more like a relaxed boutique hotel vibe than a ‘farmstay’ in my view. But you do look out on farms being worked:) the staff were so helpful and great and we loved exploring the region each day (caves are incredible and the national park is beautiful) then coming back the farmstay at night

This is one of those hotels whereas soon as you walk in you could tell it’ll be a great stay. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint; great service and great room!

Very very good hotel. The owner helped us with everything we needed, she was available at all times. Free breakfast when it was probably one of the cheapest places I've stayed in in Vietnam. So overall an amazing experience with this hotel, we could even leave our bags in the room without paying for an extra night while we went on a cave tour overnight.

Situated in Phong Nha, Phong Nha Love Homestay offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The room has everything you need! It's spacious, clean, has a comfortable bed and pillows, and includes a nightlight and bedside outlets. The bathroom is also large and the shower has nice water pressure and hot water. We appreciated that breakfast was included and it was simple and tasty. The homestay is on a quiet street only a 10min walk to the middle of town, and there are also bikes you can borrow for free, which was very handy. The pool gets some nice afternoon sun and is clean. The best part of this homestay is the service. They picked us up at 4am from the bus station and let us check in early for a small fee. They also helped us craft our ideal itinerary for the 2 days we had there. They can help you find the perfect tour package if you want that, but they will also happily give you tips for exploring sites on your own. We booked the full-day paradise cave tour through them, which we really enjoyed. They also helped us arrange a motorbike and bus trip and let us pay for everything by credit card at the end. This family wants to do everything they can to make you comfortable, so you'll feel like you never want to leave. We couldn't recommend them more!

The hotel is amazing: the room is great with a fantastic view of the seaside and they welcome you with a delicious cake inside when you arrive. The food is delicious and very well presented. The staff is very welcoming and will never let you down. The outdoor pool is stunning and the water clean and at the right temperature to enjoy it at full. You can really experience how the vietnamese are such great people!

Ngoc, the front desk manager, and The whole team, from everyone stationed at the front desk, to bell boys, to breakfast room workers are all attentive and respectful.

Situated on the banks of Dong Suon Lake, Phong Nha Lake House Resort features a 24-hour front desk, a business centre and free parking on site. Lake view is wonderful. Staff also very kind. Make sure you stay more than 1 night as lots to do and we regret having such a short stay.
