La Charm is ideally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre and An Hoi island. The rooms were nice, bed huge and comfortable. Small gym, but enough equipment to make it worthwhile. Staff were delightful, highly attentive and professional. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience.

Lily the reception captain is so nice, in the beginning of the journey , she gave us so many cares . This is the best experience that I have ever had! My girlfriend is uncomfortable during the journey, but Lily take care of us every morning, 3/21 is my birthday, I didn’t tell the hotel , but they still prepare a cake for me.(I didn’t have it all since I’m so full) Great sunrise, great service , great food , great Hỏi an , I will be back !

We had a very pleasant time at Hoi An Riverside Villas for 4 nights. A lovely place to stay located nicely in between Hoi An town and the beach. Ms. My and all the staff were very welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed - recommendations for food and places to visit, laundry, bikes and scooter rentals, airport transportation. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of variety with some different options each day, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel. We spent five nights here, and it was amazing. Originally, we had booked a hotel in Danang, but we changed it quite last minute, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Hoi An is a lovely and cozy city that has a lot to offer, including day trips to other places. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool; it was a fantastic place to relax after a long day. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. We received plenty of recommendations for trips and things to see. The breakfast was great. The hotel's location is also very good; it is situated in a calm area, but you can easily walk to the center. We also appreciated the bike rental service.

There is a lot of variety to see and do. And Little Riverside Hoi An is truly a gem of a hotel in the city. Little Riverside is probably the best hotel which we loved most in all of Vietnam. There is much to love about this hotel. First and foremost, every single staff is so helpful and friendly. We feel so well taken care of by all. Aimee was the one who looked after us right from the start. She welcomed us with a drink each and a small dessert. She explained how everything worked, she organised our taxis for us, she organised our tour to Ba Na Hills, explained Hoi An to us - for all intents and purposes she was almost our very own personal tour guide! Then of course there's May, who was the one who corresponded with us when we were looking to book the hotel. She patiently explained everything really well, arranged for our transit from Da Nang airport to the hotel. Both Aimee and May are superbly friendly and courteous - they made us feel at home. And so is every single staff in the entire hotel! The hotel itself is so beautiful, colourful, immaculate and clean. The rooms we got were of good sized, beds were comfortable, and were also very tastefully decorated. It has a very "modern classic" feel to the whole hotel. The hotel backs to the river, where the restaurant overseas it. The breakfast (highly recommended) has a huge variety of cooked food, fruits, salads, vegetables, desserts, and they all taste real good! And of course, the Vietnam coffee is just so good. The location of the hotel is great too. We just walk out, turn left, and walk for just about 7 minutes and we are there at the markets, restaurants, shops, and of course tailors. We hadn't realised until we arrived in Vietnam that Hoi An was literally the tailor capital of the world! There's apparently well over 500 tailors in Hoi An!
