The host is super helpful, the apartment is very cosy, heating works very well, kitchen amenities are those of a proper 'house' if you know what I mean, the bathroom is brand new, on the other hand the property is so typical Toscan one feels like in a movie while opening the shutters in the morning :) The wifi is fast and the TV screen is big if you would ever need it. The bus stop is literally just in front of the property, windows open you can hear the bus announcement. Very beautiful landscape just behind, belonging to the property, one can have very nice walks with dogs. Don't forget to visit the olives.

Lovely property in a nice, quiet location just a few minutes drive outside the town. Quiet enough that you feel like you’re far out in the country. Furnishings and decorations inside were great. Plenty of room to spread out. The windows have screens on them…that might have been one of my favorite things. I’ve never seen screens in Italy before, so I usually have to choose between stuffy air or getting eaten by bugs…but here I could enjoy the refreshing afternoon breeze with no bugs! The landscaping on the property made it feel like you were in your own private garden. The hosts are very responsive and answered my messages very quickly. Overall, great stay, very reasonable price, and I will most definitely be returning!

What's not to like! This house was so well designed, well equipped, and comfortable. Honestly, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The bed was that comfortable. The shower is large with lots of hot water and a heated towel rack that actually works.The kitchen had everything from a toaster to a nut cracker! The location was great, near the train station and in the old town. Our host, Giovanni, is the best! He sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and great street food. All his suggestions were amazing. We travel 80% of the year, and believe me, we enjoyed our 5 days in this beautiful home. The attention to detail and design of this home is of the highest standard.

Everything! As far as practical things like location, equipment and acces, the house is perfect and the easiest place to stay in Siena when reaching by car: right out of the ztl zone, two steps from the cycling stairs that lead you to the centre of the city. But the most important benefit is the character. Its decoration, atmosphere and everything in it is so genuinely "Siena", that you feel it like a beloved house of yours that you return back. Walls by exposed bricks, objects that show a true love for horse riding and history tellers at the same time, that house has a soul of his own. Last but not least, the kind, discreet owner. She is a beautiful, unique lady!

No hiddin' fees regarding to clean, airco, heating...

    Sara is the most delightful host with a wealth of information about where to eat & what to do. We had been hiking the Via Francigena and were so welcomed. The linen is luxury. the bed so comfortable. Although the rooms are small they are so well fitted out with new lighting, air conditioning & heated flooring in the bathroom. Keyless entry with code, amazing communication with WhatsApp.This was the most amazing place to stay. Only 5 minutes out of the old city and so quiet. I would recommend this highly

    Our stay in Villa Bonelli was super! The hosts Michela and Maurizo were so helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was beautiful and so clean and about a 15 minute walk from the Campo. Perfect location.

    Beautiful preserved villa with professional caring staff and fantastic views of Siena. The innkeeper was so kind to explain the property and the city to us. He graciously offered to make dinner reservations for us at his favorite restaurants and they were great! Very nice breakfast buffet with organic items and freshly made cappuccinos for us—then you can take it out on the terrace and eat with a view!! You can use your credit card to take a short bus ride into town, then walk back in the lovely evening air after dinner! Loved it!

    The management and staff were excellent. Beautiful room. 10/10 for cleanliness, breakfast, location. Would highly recommend. Views from villa are stunning. Thank you for making our stay in Sienna so memorable. We will visit again.

    I had a wonderful time staying in a beautiful villa near Siena, surrounded by stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Tuscany.

    Everything! The villa is situated in a quiet big garden with exceptional atmosphere, we had a feeling that we were arriving at some sort of mansion,everything was very clean, modern, it had its own parking spaces and even an garage (althought smaller) from where you can take a lift directly to the villa. Big bathroom, good breakfast, the are lots of chairs outside to sit on, you can walk in the garden next to many trees, the atmosphere at night was therefore exquisit, we simply had a perfect stay and we would come back any time!

    What a fantastic nice little hotel. The property is very large with just a few villas. You feel like on the country side and the old town of Siena is just a 20-minutes walk away. It has a large, very nice pool with great views on the skyline of Siena. Parking is on site at no additional cost. The staff is super friendly and always helps with valuable recommendations. We can’t wait to go back. A real gem

    The hotel Villa di STR has retained its character as a villa which makes it special. The location is superb, next to other beautiful villas and just across from the old fortress which has a remarkable view of the Duomo and surrounding landscape.
