This is a very clean and beautiful house, the house is divided into 4 floors, each floor has a different function is perfect. The location is very good, maybe you don,t know how to find the first arrival, but ask the shop assistant at the near shop can know. The householder was very kind and provided me a lot of advice and help. Although I did not drive here, she also prepared parking cards for us, which was very considerate. I highly recommend my friends to stay here if they come to Piran next time, you won't be disappointed.

And then we were told about the semi-private steps from the property down the hill to the beach down below, just 100m from a beach with cafes and multiple steps with rails into the sea - those were a delight too.

The location is incredible. We imagine it might be the best in Piran. The house is luxuriously appointed with a lovely garden and views of the town down to the sea. Tasteful interior design. You find everything you need for cooking. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Yes, you have to carry your luggage to the villa and walk uphill for 10 minutes to get to your car, but we enjoyed this as daily morning exercise. Plus, all benefit from almost zero cars in the old city.

I had the chance to have the room/apartment with sun terrace. I enjoyed a lot my stay here, I even tried to have one more night. Everything was full in Piran but they tried to find me a place. They even tried to help me to find a room in Ljubljana instead. Great people there, worth to meet. For breakfast or brunch, you'll have a great vegan & vegetarian buffet. And last but not least, excellent vegan ice cream!
