Probably best value for money near the Old city! It's only a 5 minute walk from the bustling streets, numerous restaurants and shops, and at the same time, in a very quiet area where locals live. I noticed it was hard to find rooms with a river view and close to the Old city for a reasonable price in Hoi An. And at La An I had a room with a river view and a nice balcony to drink my morning coffee and enjoy the tranquility of the river flow and some boats passing by. It was especially cozy when it rained hard, we simply didn't want to go anywhere else but watching the river view. * A tip to pick the riverside room. There are two floors which have the river view. Floor 3 is lower and is a bit in front of roofs around but the rooms are more spacious. Floor 4 has a lower ceiling which is compensated with a fantastic view. In addition, they have comfortable beds, big rooms, very friendly staff and a buffet breakfast where in additon to regular dishes, they serve some local dish of the day to taste. Definitely recommend it!

Close to the city center, with many good restaurants, everyone very friendly and willing to help. They recommend nice tours (the cooking class was amazing with a vegetarian option). Brekfest is sufficient, you can order fresh maid eggs. Nice pool, clean room. Very nice place for this price :)

the architecture was beautiful. the designer is Vietnamese and not a foreign designer so that’s always amazing to see - it had a local flair and warmth. It’s worth seeing. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and the street is really quiet, so it’s a wonderful place to be if you’re looking to get away from the noise. the ground level room was slightly close to the reception but the staff was very respectful. Each room is designed differently and the rooms above are surely worth seeing as well. Overall we had an incredible stay, and would highly recommend it. Hopefully we will be back in Hoi An, and there will be room for us!

No regret chosen this homestay which is 5km away from Hoi An old street. We stayed here for 2-nights, but we still find not enough. The welcome drinks (fresh lime) is so tasty. We select our next day breakfast a day before. Everyday we get to enjoy one main course with one drinks and one fruits platter beside the pool and surrounded by various plants. Although the breakfast is quite limited choices and it was takeaway foods from some local restaurants, but all of them taste good, except the western breakfast lah... Second night, I called for foot massage therapy in the room due to raining. The host managed to get massuer for me even though it was last minute request and heavy rain. Homestay didn't charge ridiculous price, what I paid was almost same as in Malaysia. Another awesome part is this place is super quiet at night, and we slept so well.This place is totally worth and highly recommended for holiday getaway, a place for healing and relaxing. #hoian

What a wonderful find this was! I stayed for 3 weeks here and was so sad to leave. The owner, Linh, is so friendly and she is always there in person or on WhatsApp if you need anything. She also cooks delicious breakfasts for the entire house and will take care of your laundry and give you a free bicycle as well. It’s about a 10-minute ride into town. I loved the pool on the roof and the calm street with some nice little cafes nearby. Another great thing about Sol’s Villa is that it’s a new house so the quality of the furniture and shower space in each room is high not like many other places with older furniture. The air conditioning also works very well! Many people I met at Sol’s Villa were back for their second time - always a good sign of a quality place!

Being on An Hoi islet meant we were only a 2 minute walk to the Night Market and river, which was so lively and fun. Facilities were great as was the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. The suggestion to go to Hoi An Memories was excellent, as well as tailor options - thanks for those, Tram! Also help with taxis was much appreciated. Breakfast (included) was excellent.

Lovely place, could stay here for months! Beds comfortable and the room and common area is very peaceful. Staff were also amazing - Moon is a superstar ⭐️ she speaks great english and will help you with anything you need. Tours, taxis etc… Great value for money.

The couple who own the property were so sweet and helpful with all our needs during our stay and it was great be able to rent bikes to go to the beach and into Hoi An old town

The complex is amazing and the rooms are clean and very big. The breakfast was also really good and on the hot days we enjoyed cooling down at the big and beautiful pool. The host Mrs. Hai was also really friendly and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations about Hoi An and for example helped us book a cooking class. All in all we had an amazing time at East West Villas and we would 10/10 recommend!

It is large and there's plenty of room to cater for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Hoi An twice per day. The proximity to a very nice beach. The staff are outstanding. Breakfast caters for all desires. I will enquire about the beachfront villas next time.. they looked beautiful!

Great service - nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky to be upgraded to one of the two private villas, which was a bonus looking towards the markets and river traffic. There is a user friendly in room safe. The location is excellent to access the old town.

Located in Tra Que vegetable village which was so peaceful and bliss away from the chaos of main town! The location makes it so peaceful, it feels like you're on a secluded island. We stayed in a cabin, which is like a luxury boat on a river.
