I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Featuring a terrace and views of garden, Budleigh Farm Cottages is a holiday home situated in a historic building in Moretonhampstead, 20 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. It was a lovely, quiet location with plenty to do. We were greeted by chloe the dog on arrival and had a brief tour of the farm. The accommodation was clean and cosy and the perfect size for a couple. The added little welcome pack (milk in the fridge and a basket of snacks) really made it. We I wouldn't hesitate to visit again :)

Knapp House Lodges features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in East Anstey, 22 km from Tiverton Castle. The hosts made us feel welcome to use their gardens which were lovely and peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. Exceptionaly clean and a very comfortable bed. Welcomed with a cream tea and introduced us to Exmoor Tea - so good we had to buy some to bring home.

Offering garden views, Frankaborough Farm Holiday Cottages is an accommodation situated in Virginstow, 12 km from Launceston Castle and 28 km from Lydford Castle. This is a working farm. ❤️The whole family are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking with owners about their farm and able to look around.
