Set in Villaputzu in the Sardinia region, Butterfly House features a garden. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. What a beautiful place to stay in and such a fantastic location, the photos didnt do the home justice! The host had paid so much attention to detail throughout the home, we were warmly greeted by the host who was very flexible with our arrival time. The home was kitted out with everything you could need or want, breakfast treats coffee and all the teas you may want. The bed were amazingly comfortable and the shower was just what you needed after a day of sun, they even provide soap and shampoo sachets! I would highly recommend staying, the area was beautiful with lovely restaurants nearby and surrounded by beautiful beaches, we wish we could have stayed longer! We fell in love straight away and will be looking to come back and stay again!

Located in Tertenìa in the Sardinia region, Dependance has a garden. The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

La situació de la casa és molt bona, amb lloc per aparcar quan arribes de passar el dia turistejant. És una zona molt segura i l'accés, per un caminet de pocs metres, és totalment transitable, sense sots ni problemes. Està ubicada en una zona de petits xalets familiars, molt tranquil i acollidor. S'hi arriba amb el gps sense cap problema. Hi ha un centre comercial als voltants on pots comprar tot el que vulguis i o necessitis si la teva estada és llarga, cosa que aconsello ja que la caseta és una monada, decorada amb molta cura i gust. Lluminosa, espaiosa, neta i amb tot el que necessites (llet, cafe, aigua, torrades, melmelada, mantega, gel de dutxa, sabó, fregalls...) Alguns hotels haurien d'aprendre de com tractar el client perquè, amb molt poc , es trobin com a casa. La caseta té un terreny totalment tancat, amb herba, arbres i plantes, preciós, amb una taula i cadires per poder gaudir encara més, amb un esmorzar a l'aire lliure o un sopar. Recomanable tant per a parelles com per a famílies amb nens i tant a l'hivern com a l'estiu ja que té calefacció i aire condicionat. Els amfitrions us faciliten l'hora d'arribada o sortida sense problema (si és que no tenen una altra reserva) i us contesten amb rapidesa a qualsevol dubte que us pugui sorgir. Un encant de persones que fan les coses amb professionalitat a més de fer-les amb afecte. Nosaltres, tornaríem sense dubtar-ho. Moltes gràcies.

Dwelling Zara, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Solèminis, 20 km from Sardinia International Fair, 17 km from Monte Claro Park, as well as 18 km from Roman Amphitheatre of Cagliari. It is very nice, traditional house. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Boasting a balcony with garden views, pool with a view and a garden, Villa Boat - in front of the Sea can be found in Stintino, close to L'Ancora Beach and a 15-minute walk from Spiaggia Rocca Ruja. Really nice house. Good service and help. Perfect view from the terrace....love this place

Located 1.3 km from San Giovanni Beach, Agriturismo Dolceluna Le Capanne offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. We are still speechless. This property is something unreal, amazing and perfect in every single detail. It's a complex of 5 houses in a hill facing the sea and maybe the best sunrise you can see in Sardinia. These houses are built according to the old shepherd's tradition. There is a cozy living room full of everything you need (fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, etc). The host (grazie Veronica and Andrea) gave us also the basics to have a breakfast plus a bottle of delicious mirto! The bedroom and bathroom are immaculated. All is brand new! We spent our evenings in the garden and, oh man, if you are in need to relax this is the best place to stay. The only sound you can hear is just the pleasant bell of some goat over the hill. This place is simply amazing. The nearest village is San Priamo, just a few minutes drive where there is the best cappuccino at Cafe Number One. We stayed for 2 nights and we are planning to come over again next year for one full week to explore all the coast. We left our hearts there...Veronica and Andrea are just amazing, willing to help and making your stay unforgettable. We recommend this place to everyone!

Located in Villasimius and only 1.4 km from Simius Beach, Appartamenti Shardana provides accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful apartment in a perfect resort. Communication from the owners was excellent. Gorgeous outside area to relax in the evening. Fantastic air conditioning. All round lovely stay in a quiet and well maintained complex.

MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. The room is very nice. Modern and equipped with everything you will need. The location is cool too.

Offering a garden and garden view, Depandance Machiavelli is located in Cagliari, 38 km from Nora and 1.5 km from National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari. Very spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. Very well equipped with independent air conditioning for each room. Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children. Friendly and helpful host.
