What a beautiful place to stay in and such a fantastic location, the photos didnt do the home justice! The host had paid so much attention to detail throughout the home, we were warmly greeted by the host who was very flexible with our arrival time. The home was kitted out with everything you could need or want, breakfast treats coffee and all the teas you may want. The bed were amazingly comfortable and the shower was just what you needed after a day of sun, they even provide soap and shampoo sachets! I would highly recommend staying, the area was beautiful with lovely restaurants nearby and surrounded by beautiful beaches, we wish we could have stayed longer! We fell in love straight away and will be looking to come back and stay again!

The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

Grillimisvõimalusega Dwelling Zara asub Solèminises, 20 km kaugusel Sardiinia rahvusvahelisest messikeskusest, 17 km kaugusel Monte Claro pargist ja 18 km kaugusel Cagliari Rooma amfiteatrist. The host Valter was super friendly. He even gave us some of his fruit on the second day of our stay. He was flexible about the time we arrived. It was very late and he did not mind us arriving late. The shower pressure was great. The water was hot. The apartment was spacious for two with everything we could need.

We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

This property is something unreal, amazing and perfect in every single detail. It's a complex of 5 houses in a hill facing the sea and maybe the best sunrise you can see in Sardinia. These houses are built according to the old shepherd's tradition. There is a cozy living room full of everything you need (fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, etc). The host (grazie Veronica and Andrea) gave us also the basics to have a breakfast plus a bottle of delicious mirto! The bedroom and bathroom are immaculated. All is brand new! We spent our evenings in the garden and, oh man, if you are in need to relax this is the best place to stay. The only sound you can hear is just the pleasant bell of some goat over the hill. This place is simply amazing. The nearest village is San Priamo, just a few minutes drive where there is the best cappuccino at Cafe Number One. We stayed for 2 nights and we are planning to come over again next year for one full week to explore all the coast. We left our hearts there...Veronica and Andrea are just amazing, willing to help and making your stay unforgettable. We recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect resort. Communication from the owners was excellent. Gorgeous outside area to relax in the evening. Fantastic air conditioning. All round lovely stay in a quiet and well maintained complex.

Aia ja aiavaatega Depandance Machiavelli asub Cagliaris, 38 km kaugusel Norast ja 1,5 km kaugusel Cagliari riiklikust arheoloogiamuuseumist. Very spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. Very well equipped with independent air conditioning for each room. Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children. Friendly and helpful host.
