It is a beautiful house located next to the main square of Vila Nova de Foz Coa with incredible view to the church. Host was really friendly, helpful and provided everything what I needed during my stay. Place is fully equipped with all kitchen and bathroom appliances. It is really big, comfortable and nice. I was amazed by the architecture and history of this house. I highly recommend staying there and I am sure it was not my last stay there.

You can hear bells and roosters. We arrived late in the rainy evening. The owner was there to meet and greet us. He quickly showed us the property. We appreciated the little welcome touches like cookies and milk. No problem with the parking. And it is easy to get from the place to wineries and other local attractions.

Location was great, 15 minutes drive from main town and train (just know it's steep and winding so be careful). Lovely welcome basket and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were two friends staying so having two bedrooms was perfect.
