This is a fantastic place, especially if you have ever wanted to stay in a peaceful, beautiful Portuguese village. The owners have perfectly refurbished several old houses with modern conveniences for a very comfortable stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heart-beat.

Set in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, 17 km from Longroiva Hot Springs and 42 km from São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casas da Barca offers air conditioning. Everything we needed was there and everything was practical and functional. The layout of the apartment is very nice and we could not have asked for more. The location is excellent. We walked for dinner in the centre every night and it is just a short stroll away.

Casa de Praia Daniel features a patio and is set in Lavra, within just 300 metres of Angeiras North Beach and 400 metres of Funtao Beach. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a sun terrace. Quiet, Clean, spacious apartment with seaview terrace. Well equipped with extras such as oils, Spices for cooking, washing tablets for washing machine and a lovely bottle of wine as a gift from the host. Host super helpful on the phone and spoke English. Supermarket only 5 mins walk away and it's next to the Camino. Or there is parking nearby if not on foot.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, lake view and a balcony, Casa Nunes is located in Pinhão. wonderful, cold rooms with all that's needed for a nice stay. very friendly hosts who love taling care of their guests and make them feel at home. pool is perfect and the upstairs patio allows for nice views.

Situated in Geres, in a historic building, 700 metres from Geres Thermal Spa, Chalet Villas Gerês is a recently renovated villa with an outdoor swimming pool and garden. Very easy to find the location. The owner and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The house is surrounded by a small patch of orange and lemon trees. We were allowed to pick as many as we wished. Can imagine how nice it would be to have a BBQ here. The house gets warm quickly after the fireplace is lit, the ventilation system is excellent and there is no smoke in the house. We loved that small skylight in the upstairs bedroom. When you lie in the dark on a rainy day, a small part of the wall becomes a sheet of light with water flowing through it. Wonderful experience. If you read until here. There's a big difference between the restaurants in town. Stay away from the Casa Capela, the food is not eatable in my opinion. Lurdes Capela is a much better one at approximately the same price.
